ANL Packaging had to put their heads together and find a sustainable solution that kept the product safe while satisfying consumer needs.
We came up with the Duobox. The Duobox is suitable for seafood, meat, poultry and ready-made meals. It uses an inlay of thin walled plastic encased by high quality carton.
The Duobox uses up to 50% less plastic while maintaining the integrity thanks to a carton encasing. The carton encasing is easily removable which makes it convenient to use and to dispose of. The carton can be printed on the outside to help your product stand out on the shelf. Or on the inside to offer an explanation how to prepare the product and dispose of the packaging.
The conscious consumer wants packaging that’s easily disposable and convenient to use. They want their packaging to be attractive, not distractive. They want to feel good about the products they use and buy. And like everyone else, they want to work towards a sustainable future.
Sustainable and environmentally friendly packaging is therefore seeing an increase in demand. And that demand is set to grow even more over the coming years.
